MethodologyPragmatiQ’s methodology employs a five-phase approach to project management of Web applications. Design Phase The Design Phase clearly defines the goals that the application is striving to attain and the software and creative components necessary to achieve each goal. Prototype Phase The Prototype Phase provides a working copy of a small portion of the site, and is used primarily for the client to assess how the site will look and function. Implementation Phase Once the prototype has been approved, the Implementation Phase begins. In this phase, each page is created and coded based on the purpose and functionality defined in the Design Phase. Testing Phase Once the Implementation Phase has completed, the Testing Phase begins. Each page is tested to ensure that the application meets the strictest quality assurance measures. Deployment Phase After testing has been completed, the Deployment Phase begins. In this phase, the application is deployed to the final live server, and the application is handed over to the client. |
